About Fincalplus

Free calculators for the decisions where a rule of thumb quietly costs you thousands.

What this is

Most online financial calculators are marketing. They round the constants, hide the assumptions, and exist to collect an email address. This site takes the opposite approach: the formula is printed on the page, every constant is traceable to a Revenue Procedure or a federal notice, and each data table carries the date it was last checked against that source.

How it works

Everything runs in your browser. Your income, your mortgage balance and your tax situation are never transmitted, never logged and never stored. There is no account, no tracking of your inputs, and no server-side computation — you can disconnect from the network and the calculators still work.

What it is not

These are estimates for orientation, not advice. They cannot see your full return, your state's quirks, your prior-year carryforwards or your actual plan documents. Where a figure is a projection rather than confirmed guidance — the 2027 to 2029 SALT caps, for instance — the page says so. Before you act on any number here, take it to a qualified professional.

Coverage

The current release covers the 2026 United States tax year. The architecture is market-agnostic: data tables, routing and page structure are all keyed on a market so other jurisdictions can be added alongside rather than bolted on. That work comes next.
